Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) Notification 2020 : ON-LINE Applications are invited for recruitment of following post purely on contract basis for Cable TV Motoring Cell of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi.
Contract Period : The contract period will be for 3 years. Contract period can be extended as per the requirement of Project.
Vacancy Details
Name of the Post : Project Director
Number of Posts : 01 (For Delhi Location )
Qualifications / Experience / Skill :
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 12 Years of overall Experience in the Broadcast Sector with at least the 2 years in supervisory/
management position and 2 years in Digital Cable TV Distribution Sector - Experience in supervising, leading and managing 25 or more Team members
- Experience in project implementation/ monitoring and coordination with state/ central government will be given preference
Skill:
- Excellent data analytical skills
- Proficiency in computer operations in particular MSOffice Package
- Ability for verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Consolidated Fee Per Month : Rs.60,000/-
Name of the Post : Assistant Project Director
Number of Posts : 04 (1 (One) each for Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Hyderabad )
Qualifications / Experience / Skill :
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 8 Years of overall Experience in the Broadcast Sector with at least 2 years in Cable TV Distribution Sector
- Experience in supervising, leading and managing 5 or more Team members
- Experience in project implementation/ monitoring and coordination with state/ central government will be given preference
Skill:
- Excellent data analytical skills
- Proficiency in computer operations in particular MSOffice Package
- Ability for verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Consolidated Fee Per Month : Rs.50,000/-
Name of the Post : IT Manager
Number of Posts : 1 (One) For Delhi Location
Qualifications / Experience / Skill :
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer/ IT) OR MCA OR equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 6 Years of overall Experience in the Managing and supporting the IT infrastructure
Skill:
- Proficiency in computer operations in particular MSOffice Package
- Ability for verbal and written communication skills.
- Coordination skills
- Willingness to travel
Consolidated Fee Per Month : Rs.35,000/-
Name of the Post : Project Executive
Number of Posts : 14
( 1 (One) each for Bhubaneswar, Patna, Guwahati, Bhopal, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Vizag, Bangalore, Chennai, Lucknow& Chandigarh AND 2 (Two) for Delhi )
Qualifications / Experience / Skill :
Qualification:
- Diploma (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics) OR equivalent
Experience:
- Diploma holders with minimum 2 Years of Experience in the field of Digital Cable TV Distribution
Skill:
- Proficiency in computer operations in particular MSOffice
Package
- Ability for verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Consolidated Fee Per Month : Rs.30,000/-
Selection Procedure
- Selection will be made as per prescribed norms and requirement of the job
- Only shortlisted Applicants will be invited for interviews
- Interviews will be held in Delhi/ Noida (interviews may be conducted online through video conference system, if required)
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/ interview or joining the duty on selection
Selection of the candidates will be done as per following procedure:

- Verification of the supportive documents submitted along with the application
- Interview (interview may be conducted through video conferencing system)
