CSMCRI Recruitment 2020 : Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute invites application form from the eligible candidates for the post of Technical Assistant – 04 posts, Technician – 02 posts. Candidates who completed their B.Sc/ ITI/ Diploma in respective disciplines are eligible to apply for this job. The selection process is based on the trade test/ examination. Educational Qualification
Technical Assistant :
- First-class B.Sc. (Science)/ (with Chemistry as one of the subjects) one-year full-time professional qualification or one-year experience in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institute/organization
- First-class Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Civil Engineering of at least 3 years full-time duration or at least 2 years full-time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or equivalent with experience of 2 years in relevant field
Technician :
- SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI Certificate or national/ state trade certificate or 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized institution in Horticulture Assistant Trade/ Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) trade
Upper Age Limit (as on 23.10.2020) : 28 years.
Age Relaxation :
- 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
- 3 years for OBC Candidates.
Post Wise Vacancies
- Technical Assistant – 04 posts [01 reserved for OBC, 01 reserved for EWS, 02 unreserved]
- Technician – 02 posts [01 reserved for OBC, 01 unreserved]
Selection Process
- The candidates as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for a trade test.
- Those who qualify in the trade test will be invited for a competitive written examination.
Application Fees : Rs.100/-
Note : No application fee is prescribed for SC, ST, Persons with disabilities, women & Departmental candidates.
Mode of payment : Demand draft drawn in favour of the Director, CSMCRI, Bhavnagar payable at Bhavnagar
