DRDO Recruitment 2020 for Junior Research Fellowship

DRDO Recruitment 2020 : Defence Research and Development Organization has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of Junior Research Fellowship. Interested candidates who completed their B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/Post Graduate can apply for this post on or before 20 December 2020.
The age limit of the candidate should be 28 years.

Educational Qualification
For JRF In Electronics &Communication Engineering:
- B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering in 1st Division with valid NET/GATE qualification. or
- M.E/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering in 1st Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
For JRF In Applied Electronics/Opto Electronics/Instrumentation/Photonics:
- B.E/B.Tech in Applied Electronics/Opto Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering in 1st Division with valid NET/GATE qualification. or
- M.E/M.Tech in Applied Electronics/Opto Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering in 1st Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
For JRF In Computer Science & Engineering:
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science in 1st Division with valid NET/GATE qualification. or
- M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science in first division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
For JRF In Mechanical Engineering:
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 1st Division with valid NET/GATE qualification. or
- M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in 1st Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
For JRF In Chemical Engg/Rubber Technology/Polymer Technology/Nanotechnology Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/Polymer Science/Material Science:
- BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engg/ Rubber Technology/ Polymer Technology/ Nanotechnology in 1st Division with valid NET/GATE qualification. or
- ME/M.Tech in Chemical Engg/ Rubber Technology/ Polymer Technology/ Nanotechnology in 1st Division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
- For Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/Polymer Science/Material Science, Post graduate Degree in Basic Science pertaining to the subject/discipline in 1st Division with valid NET qualification.
For JRF In Oceanography/Ocean Technology/Meteorology/Physics/Applied Physics:
- Post graduate Degree in Basic Science pertaining to the subject/discipline in 1st Division with valid NET qualification. or
- ME / M.Tech in Oceanography/ Ocean Technology/ Meteorology in first division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
Maximum Age Limit:
- JRF- 28 years
- The upper age limit is relaxable are as per government norms.
Monthly Salary:
- For JRFs – 31000/- plus HRA admissible as per prevailing rules.
Selection Process
- Screening of the application will be carried out and only short-listed candidates will be called for online interview through web based video conference over internet the schedule will be intimated before hand via email.
Note: Based on the online interview, a Panel of candidates for the anticipated vacancies will be drawn and the Panel would operate for a period of one year.
