Educational Qualification
Management:
General Manager/DGM:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering with ANSI / AVSI in Sugar Engineering / Industrial Fermentation / Alcohol Technology
- Experience: 15 yrs/ 20 yrs experience
DGM – Cane : M.Sc. Agriculture with 15 yrs of experience
Manager/ Dy. Manager:
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Preferred BOE
- Experience: 8 yrs experience for Degree and Min.10 yrs experience for Diploma
Electrical Engineer :
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering and ANSI / AVSI in Sugar Engineering
- Experience: 4 yrs experience for Degree and 7 yrs experience for Diploma Shift In charge/ Lab /
Shift Chemist :
- B.Sc. with DIFAT, B.Tech (Biotech), B.Sc. (Biotech), B.Tech. (Chemical Engg.) / M.Sc Environment
- Experience: 4 Yrs. experience
Environmental Officer :
- B.Tech (Environmental Engg.) / M.Sc. in Environmental Science.

Non-Management:
- Boiling House Fitter A : ITI – Fitter with 8 yrs. relevant experience
- HT Line Man : ITI – Electrician with valid HT license holder with 7 yrs. relevant experience
- Godown Incharge : Graduate with min 8 yrs relevant experience
- Pan In-charge : Matric and SBCC with 10 yrs relevant experience
- DCS Operator : H.Sc. (10+2), Preference to Computer Diploma / Diploma in Engg with 5 Yrs. experience
- Boiler Attendant : Inter with 2nd Class Boiler Attendant certification with 5 Yrs. experience
- Turbine Operator – Field : SSC or equivalent with ITI (Fitter/Electrician) with 7 Yrs experience
- Fitter : ITI – Fitter with 5 Yrs relevant experience
- Operator : Fermentation: Matric or equivalent with Min. 2 yrs relevant experience
- Operator : Distillation/ WTP Operator: Matric with 4 yrs relevant experience
