Kerala Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (KRWSA) Notification 2020 : Kerala Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (KRWSA) – an autonomous registered society established by Government of Kerala for the implementation of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programme in the state is inviting dynamic competent and experienced professionals in development communications with a determination to meet targets/ deadlines in a challenging environment as Deputy Director (HR) on Contract / deputation (Govt./ PSU officials through proper channel with NOC and Performa under KSR Rule 144 from the Head of Department) to the Executive Director, KRWSA at the address mentioned below;

Post Name : Deputy Director (HR)
Qualifications prescribed :
- Essential : MSW / MBA (HR)
- Experience : 8 Years of experience in rural development projects or water supply projects
- Desirable : 3 Years of experience in capacity building or training activities especially in rural development projects or water supply projects.
- Deputation : Deputation of suitable officers from Government Dept/ PSUs not below the rank of Assistant Development Commissioner.
Number of Vacancies : 01
Pay Scale : Rs.45,000/- Per Month (Consolidated)
Job Location : Project Management Unit, Thiruvananthapuram
Appointments will be on contract /deputation for a period of one year with a possibility of extension based on performance.
Age limit
- for contract appointment – not to exceed 50 years as on 1st September 2020. Prescribed pay is applicable to open market candidates only.
- Deputation candidates will be paid as per Govt./ PSU norms.
